Non-Exclusive Unlimited License Terms:
1. PAYMENT & GRANT OF LICENSE: Upon payment of the $21.00 USD fee, the Producer (beatzoid) grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, unlimited license to use the Eminem Type Beat for commercial music releases.
2. LICENSE TERM (10 YEARS): This license is valid and active for a term of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. Commercial rights expire after 10 years unless renewed.
3. UNLIMITED USAGE & 100% ROYALTIES: Licensee receives unlimited audio streams (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), unlimited physical/digital sales, unlimited monetized music video views, and unlimited radio broadcasting rights. Licensee retains 100% of all revenues, royalties, and earnings generated from their completed song, with zero backend royalties owed to beatzoid.
4. OWNERSHIP & EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS: The Producer (beatzoid) retains 100% copyright ownership of the original audio recording, master rights, and underlying beat composition. The Producer reserves the right to sell Exclusive Rights (full ownership) of this beat to a third party. Existing non-exclusive licenses granted prior to an exclusive sale remain fully valid for their 10-year term.
5. CONTENT ID RESTRICTION (CRUCIAL): Licensee MAY distribute finished songs via TuneCore, DistroKid, CD Baby, or similar digital distributors. However, Licensee is STRICTLY PROHIBITED from opting into or registering any track using this beat with YouTube Content ID, Meta/Facebook/Instagram Rights Manager, TikTok Audio Fingerprinting, or any automated identification service. Violations result in immediate license revocation.
6. NO CREDIT REQUIRED: Licensee is not required to credit beatzoid in track metadata, titles, or public descriptions.
7. REFUNDS: Due to the digital nature of downloadable audio products, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment is completed and access or download links are delivered.
