Custom Production Terms & Payment Structure:
1. PAYMENT STRUCTURE (2 PAYMENTS): Total production fee is $500.00 USD. This transaction represents Payment 1 of 2 ($250.00 USD deposit) to initiate production of your custom song (full mixing and mastering included).
2. SECOND PAYMENT DUE DATE: The remaining balance of $250.00 USD (Payment 2 of 2) is due after the preview of the custom instrumental track is delivered to the Client for review.
3. DELIVERY OF FINAL FILES: Final un-watermarked high-quality WAV files, tracked-out stems, and mastered audio files will be delivered immediately upon receipt and confirmation of the final balance ($250.00 USD).
4. REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATIONS: Due to the custom work and dedicated studio labor involved, all sales and deposits are strictly final and non-refundable once production commences.
